China & Boycott
Two week that the turmoil started in Tibet and that China started it's ethnic cleansing just like Myanmar had done a few months back. And everybody goes with their idea of boycotting the Olympic Games.
Of Course, this is easy to say, but what a shame to punish all those athletes who have been training for year and have damaged their health with all the doping and deprive them of their medals...
Instead there is something we can all do. Stop buying made in China products, stop going to Chinese restaurants. I might be an idealist, but if everybody checks the made in China labels and buys the next article not made there, it will do them a much bigger damage that boycotting the Games and might help a poorer country as well. In the worst of cases, instead of buying two items, you'll might only be able to afford one, but then it might save some space in your cupboards.
It has proved that rallies, demonstrations and words have no effect. So start acting now, and try not to buy any more Chinese goods.
