Chicken with fresh ginger, etc


4 chicken breasts
1 big piece ginger
3 garlic cloves
1 lemon juice
a few sprigs of thyme
1dl white wine
olive oil
crème fraiche
salt, pepper,
a pinch of sugar



  • grate the ginger and chop the garlic
  • put the chicken breasts in a Pirex type of plate
  • add the white wine, lemon juice, the thyme, salt, pepper, sugar and a little bit olive oil
  • cook 30mn in the oven, turn the breasts from time to time and wet them with the sauce
  • before serving add some crème fraiche and serve with rice and vegetable
