Chicken with fresh ginger, etc
4 chicken breasts

1dl white wine

- grate the ginger and chop the garlic
- put the chicken breasts in a Pirex type of plate
- add the white wine, lemon juice, the thyme, salt, pepper, sugar and a little bit olive oil
- cook 30mn in the oven, turn the breasts from time to time and wet them with the sauce
- before serving add some crème fraiche and serve with rice and vegetable
