Cauliflower Gratin
25cl crème fraiche
100gr. grated Gruyère cheese
salt, pepper, muscat powder
- Cut the cauliflower in small pieces, wash and boil in salted water for about 20mn
- During this time heat the oven at maximum heat on grill position
- place the cooked cauliflower in a gratin dish and put it for a minute or two in the over to dry
- mix the cream with the Gruyère, salt, pepper and muscat and pour it on the cauliflower
- place it back in the over for ten minutes.
