Rice & Carotts


1 cup basmati rice
3 carrots (or more)
1 onion
1 garlic clove
2cm fresh ginger
1 tbs garam massala
curcuma
25gr butter
salt



Peel and chop the carrots, onion, the clove, ginger
wash the rice
heat the butter and roast the onion , then add the ginger and garlic and garam masala
add the carrots and let it cook for 2 minutes, and add the rice
add 2 cups of water and some salt and let cook for about 10 minutes.
