Tuna with Tomato & Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients for 2:
3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
a handful fresh chopped basil
2 tuna steaks
olive oil,
Balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper
Cook the tuna in a little olive oil 2 minutes on each side
Deglaze with the Balsamic vinegar and then add the tomatoes, allow to cook for a few more minutes, add the basil.
Adjust the seasoning and serve with some rice and salad.
This is also delicious cold when there is any leftover...
