Chicken & Merguez
Here is a very easy and excellent recipe
2 pieces of chicken8 merguez1tbs olive oilsalt & pepperHeat the oven at 250°Place the merguez in a baking dishPlace the chicken on top of them and baste them with the olive oilPlace the dish in the oven, after 10mn turn the chicken and lower the oven temperature at 180° and cook for 30mn, baste from time to time with the oil coming out of the merguez.

Merguez is a sausage from North Africa. It made with Lamb and is spicy. It's delicious ! Next time you come to Geneva, you should try it.
